My blog posts have been…well…quite pathetic lately. I know I haven’t been around to post new recipes, but it’s because business is booming in the area that I’ve hoped for. Special ordering!

Below is a picture of a vanilla buttermilk cake with a vanilla buttercream frosting. It was a cake I made for a 9 year old girl’s birthday party (hula themed, obviously!). Will post pics later of a wedding cake I made for a carrot cake lovin’ bride who is gluten & dairy free.
